We went back and Carol had no problem working with us to get a room on the third floor with everyone else even after we had already been to the room and unpacked.
Our Bad for not asking or reminding as we checked in but no big deal. We were with a group and had reserved a block of rooms, we checked it first and were put on the first floor, As we were finding our friends and doing a bit of gambling we realised the block of rooms was on the third floor side by side and we are on the first floor. We were accepted and greated with a smile and a warm and friendly 'Good Afternoon thank you for staying with us' from Carol M.OK wow already looking good. First of all checked in early and had no trouble at all. First of all most of the negative reviews are just bashing sessions so read between the lines and look at the type of folks and their other reviews.
